Indiana Laws and Rules The laws, rules, acts and articles which address Indiana’s natural resources, including lakes, can be found in the Indiana Administrative Code and the Indiana law and administrative rules. Here are some highlights: TITLE 310. DEPARTMENT OF NATURAL RESOURCES TITLE 312, ARTICLE 9 Fish and Wildlife rules cover birds, mammals, reptiles and amphibians, threatened and endangered species, sport fishing and licenses and permits.
